Weekly Herbal Moon Insights for week starting 28th July 2019.
It’s a week of healing + new beginnings! Mercury goes direct and the new moon is in Leo…here’s how to harness this energy:
CARDS FOR THE WEEK
Spirit Animal Oracle Card: Brown Bear Spirit – “Take time out”
The Brown Bear Spirit calls us to take time out, have a mini-hibernation, and spend time quietly reflecting + meditating. Be patient – your tasks can wait, and you will complete them more effectively once you are refreshed + rested.
Herbal Tarot card: Three of Swords – Pleurisy Root (reversed)
Make space for heart healing this week. It’s time to forgive yourself + others, heal past memories + pains, and release yourself from the past. Banish injuries or illnesses if they are affecting you; focus on healing your physical body as well as your mind + soul.
Sunday 28th July:
The waning moon is in Gemini today. It’s a great day for communicating what you want to release; talking about it with someone can really help with the releasing process. It’s also an ideal day for forgiving others + healing relationships + letting go of grudges.
Tuesday 30th July:
With the waning moon in Cancer, it’s the perfect time to declutter your home + do a thorough smoke cleansing. Smudge out all of those bad vibes! My favourite smoke bundles at the moment are these rosemary bundles.
Wednesday 31st July:
Mercury comes out of retrograde and goes direct again, so travel + communication + technology can flow freely again.
Thursday 1st August:
The new moon is in Leo! The energies of this new moon include pride, courage, creativity + pleasure. Set your intentions + focus on these Leo themes! You may like to use the New Moon in Leo Playbook to help guide you with your new moon rituals.
Saturday 3rd August:
The waxing moon is in Virgo over the weekend, so it’s good timing to catch up on paperwork + make plans for the month ahead. The sun in Leo will help you feel motivated + confident!
